Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Tandem Forge ("we"), which operates Lead Feed, handles information collected through leadfeeddata.com (the "Site") and its waitlist form. Our parent site, tandemforgehq.com, has its own Privacy Policy.

1. Information we collect

• Information you give us: your name, email, company and plan interest when you join the waitlist.
• Collected automatically: standard technical data our hosting provider records when you load a page or send the form, such as request logs.

2. How we use it

We use waitlist information to email you about Lead Feed, including when sales open, to run and secure the Site, and to meet legal obligations.

3. Where waitlist signups go

Waitlist signups are stored in private cloud storage operated by our hosting provider and are read only by people and systems working for Tandem Forge. A record of each signup is also written to the hosting provider's private logs.

4. Cookies

The Site does not use advertising or analytics cookies.

5. Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us run the Site and our business (such as hosting and email), with professional advisers, with authorities when the law requires, and with a buyer or successor in a business transfer. We do not sell the personal information you give us on the waitlist.

6. Public carrier data

Lead Feed's product is built from public FMCSA records. Questions about a record about your company can be sent through the contact form at tandemforgehq.com/contact (choose "Lead Feed" or "Privacy request").

7. Retention

We keep waitlist information as long as needed for the purposes above and for legal requirements, then delete or de-identify it.

8. Security

We use reasonable safeguards. No method of storing or sending data is fully secure.

9. Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or to remove you from the waitlist, through the contact form at tandemforgehq.com/contact (choose "Lead Feed" or "Privacy request"). Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights. We will verify requests and respond within the time the law requires.

10. Children

The Site is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect children's data.

11. Changes

We will post updates here with a new date.
