These Terms cover your use of leadfeeddata.com (the "Site"), operated by Tandem Forge ("we", "us") for its Lead Feed business. Contact: the contact form at tandemforgehq.com/contact (choose "Lead Feed" or "Privacy request").

1. Acceptance

By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Site for a company, you confirm that you have authority to bind it. Do not use the Site if you do not agree.

2. Status of the service

Lead Feed is not yet open for sale. Joining the waitlist does not create an order, a subscription or any obligation to buy, and no payment is collected on the Site. Paid access, when offered, will be provided only under separate written terms. If those terms conflict with these Terms, those terms control.

3. Public data and sample file

Lead Feed is built from public FMCSA data. Lead Feed is not affiliated with or endorsed by FMCSA. The sample file is provided for evaluation only. Public records can be incomplete, out of date or wrong, and we do not guarantee their accuracy.

4. Your use of the data

You are responsible for using any data from the Site in line with the laws that apply to you, including rules on marketing calls, texts and emails.

5. Intellectual property

We own the Site and its content, other than the underlying public records.

6. Acceptable use

Do not scrape the Site at a volume that burdens it, probe it for security weaknesses, send spam or automated form submissions, or use it for anything unlawful. See our parent site's Acceptable Use Policy.

7. Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and are general information only, not legal, tax or financial advice. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or lost profits, arising from your use of the Site.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a new version with a new date.
